  • Q: How do I register my child for camp?

  • Q: What if I need to cancel?

  •      A: If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive full refund. However, no refunds or tuition credits will be issued if you cancel within seven days of the camp start date, or if you fail to appear at the camp. Anyone leaving the camp due to injury or illness will receive prorated tuition credits.
  • Q: Do I have to be a member of TBC Youth Club to attend?
  •      A: Not at all. Our Training Camps are open to any player, regardless of club affiliation, who is interested in improving their skills and developing proper techniques that will help development.
  • Q: What does each program participant receive?
  •       A: T-shirts and free consultation
  • Q: Do participants need to bring their own water?
  •       A: Yes, players need to bring their own water bottle to drink from. Drinking stations will be at each location and water will always be available.
  • Q: What should I bring the training program and what should I wear?
  •       A: Players should bring shin guards, soccer cleats, and footwear appropriate for use on a Basketball surface. Sun block lotion. Small Towel. Each player must also have a parent or guardian sign the waiver and release form on line prior to participating in the program.
  • Q: Is your training program for boys only?
  •       A: No, all of our training programs are for both boys and girls.
  • Q: Are there any team or family discounts available?
  •       A: Please call our offices directly to find out more information and see what is available.
  • Q: What if I am having trouble or experiencing technical difficulty while registering online?
  •       A: If you are having trouble or experiencing any difficulty, please call 571-228-1051 to speak to a member of our staff.
  • Q: If it rains will the training program be cancelled?
  •       A: No, unless weather conditions become too dangerous. Parents will be able to call our hotline at 571-228-1051. We will send you an email notification.
  • Q: What about Inclement Weather?
  •        A: The game of soccer is often times played in inclement weather so camps will operate as such. Should the rain be heavy or thunderstorms are present then the procedure for parents will be to pick up their children from camp.
  • Q: What happens if I get sick and cannot attend, do I get a refund?
  •       A: No, but you will get make up sessions.
  • Q: Are players supervised at all time?
  •       A: Absolutely, camper health and safety is our number one priority. We follow a strict safety policy, which ensures that there is always adequate players supervision at all times. We also require that every player is always signed in and signed out of camp by an approved adult.
  • Q: What happens in case of an injury?
  •       A: A staff member or camp trainer will be on-site to manage all first aid related issues. For injuries that appear serious, parents will be contacted and if necessary the local emergency services.
  • Q: Do I need to check in on the first day?
  •       A: Yes, on the first day you should arrive 15 minutes prior to the camp start time in order to check in. At check in we will confirm that you are registered and distribute any necessary equipment. After the first day, players should arrive 10 minutes prior to the camp start time so that they are ready to start the session on time.
  • Q: Is there a set check in and check out location and procedure?
  •       A: Once you reach the entrance to the facility where the camp is taking place, please make your way to the main field area where you will see Conquerors League Camp coach. On the first day, there will be a table where you will check in. After the first day, players will go straight to their individual groups. It is important that you make sure your child has joined their group before you leave. At the end of the day, you must park and come to the pickup point to collect your child, and sign him/her out. We do not allow parents to remain in their cars and have campers walk to them.
  • Q: Can I drop off my child early? What if I can't pick up my child?
  •       A: We cannot provide childcare before or after camp. Please do not leave your child prior to 8:15am, and please pick them up promptly after session is over.
  • Q: What do I do if I have to pick up my child early?
  •       A: Please notify the camp director at morning drop-off and provide them with a written note so that your child will be ready when you arrive. You must personally go to your child’s team to collect them, and sign out.
  • Q: What if I need someone other than myself to pick up my child?
  •       A: Please provide a signed note with the full name of the person you authorize to pick up your child. This should be given to your child’s coaches on the morning of the pick-up. Those individuals will need to bring identification with them each day they come to camp. Please be aware that our staff will not allow any child to be picked up by someone that the child does not recognize.
